So if upon receiving your dental impressions, our dental team determines ResetSmile is not appropriate for you due to your unique dental anatomy or condition, we will notify you and issue a full refund. If after you receive your ResetSmile device it does not fit, we will adjust it for free and/or make you a new one. If we ultimately cannot make a device that is satisfactory to you, you can return your device to us within 30 days of receiving it and we'll issue a full refund to your method of payment.
