We are the Reset Technology Corporation.
Reset Technology Corporation is a privately held medical device company on a mission to restore broad access to the basic dignity of a confident smile for life to the 140 million Americans left behind by previously available solutions to suffer the consequences of missing teeth. We are committed to help them get their smile back by providing a direct, more affordable, dentist approved, and truly dentist-quality solution for missing teeth without dental office visits. Our product is 100% made in the USA using our advanced, proprietary manufacturing technology in our own facilities in New Jersey and Texas, which are compliant with FDA's Good Manufacturing Practices (or GMPs under 21 CFR Part 820).

Jason Shelton, CEO
Jason comes to Reset Technology with more than two decades of leadership experience in building start-up, medical device, and consumer healthcare companies. Most notably he was with Align Technology, Inc., the maker of Invisalign® invisible braces, through its early years where he helped build the company from its initial launch, through its first 30,000 trained dentists and orthodontists, and ultimately into a global leader with over $250 million in revenue. Most recently, he was CEO of TDx, a molecular diagnostic company that developed DNA tests for telomere length, ancestry, and COVID-19 qPCR testing at the very beginning of the pandemic. Prior experience includes GlaxoSmithKline on the brand management teams of national consumer packaged goods brands like Aquafresh toothpaste and NicoDrem CQ.
Jerry Metz, COO
Jerry has more than 30 years’ experience in the medtech, healthcare, technology, and software-as-a-service sectors. He brings an extensive array of operations experience to ResetSmile, including business modeling, culture building, rapid scaling and lean six sigma practices. Jerry served as chief operations officer for OraMetrix, Inc. (2006-2021), a top provider of innovative 3-D orthodontic technology solutions eventually acquired by Dentsply Sirona Inc. (NASDAQ:XRAY) in May 2018. Jerry held various roles in advance engineering, and manufacturing supply chain management for various technology and semiconductor startups.
Justin Marks, GM Manufacturing/Lab Ops, Co-Founder
Justin comes from a family of dental innovators as his grandfather founded Valplast in the 1940s. Justin co-founded the company after having spent over 20 years as a certified dental technician at Valplast. There he trained many thousands of dentists how to make flexible partial dentures before he invented a method for 3D dental fabrication and printing of RPDs using Valplast and an advanced multi-material printing technology using that world-leading material. Justin runs our partner company Arfona Printing, which provides Reset an exclusive license to and manufacturing for the ResetSmile system using these proprietary 3D fabrication and printing methods exclusively using the Valplast material. The National Association of Dental Laboratories recently named Justin Inventor of the Year for 2022.
Dan Clifford, VP of Marketing
Dan has over 20 years of experience in successfully driving profitable customer growth and building iconic brands. Throughout his career, he has primarily worked in B2C omni-channel businesses, focusing on understanding customers, strategically differentiating brands, and forging lasting customer relationships. He held senior marketing roles at Victoria’s Secret, contributing to the company's growth from $2 billion to $7 billion during his tenure. He also led marketing at Express, Mansur Gavriel, and J.Jill, where he was part of the executive team that successfully took the company public. Most recently, he served as the CMO of EvaClean, a startup that provides cutting-edge infection prevention solutions to healthcare organizations.
Clay Teufel, Chief Architect, Co-Founder
Clay leads software development and digital product design for Reset Technology as the creator of TREAT3D, a proprietary 3D printing and dental lab management platform. He previously founded and scaled CartPilot, a cloud-based supply chain automation tool for consumer product designers and established brands. He provides a knowledge of technology, manufacturing and their intersection that enables ResetSmile users to replace missing teeth from any device, anywhere in the world. From pixel coloring to cloud architecture, Clay is helping to expand dentistry in a mobile-first setting.

Jim Blake, Director
Mr. Blake has more than 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry in consulting, technology, data, and investment banking. Jim now primarily works with startups and newer companies as an advisor and investor with a focus on those that have the potential to transform the industry from a cost and consumer perspective. Mr. Blake currently serves on several boards and has a degree in Mathematics from Harvard University.
Tyler Brous, Director
Mr. Brous has served on our Board since May 2023. He has worked at Lennox Capital Partners, a private equity firm, since 2011, and currently serves as its Managing Director and Portfolio Manager. He has served on the board of directors of ColdQuanta, Inc., a quantum technology company, since 2020, Shattuck Labs (NASDAQ: STTK), a biotechnology company, since September 2016 and previously served on the board of CerSci Therapeutics, Inc., a biotechnology company, from 2018 until its sale in 2020. Mr. Brous earned his B.S. in Finance and Business from the University of Texas, where he graduated summa cum laude.

Mark Teufel, Co-Founder, Director
Mark is a Founding Partner of RFC Capital Partners (Funds 1-3) and spent 30 Years in Private Equity. He is also a Founding Partner of Konfidents, a leading German Dental platform. His experience includes a wide variety of merchant banking, merger & acquisition and corporate finance assignments in the manufacturing, food, distribution, service, communications, retail and entertainment industry sectors. Prior to joining Resource Financial Corporation in 1994, Mr. Teufel was in the private equity group at Heller Equity Capital Corporation, making direct equity investments in under-performing companies.

Dr. Arash Hakhamian DDS, Clinical Advisor, CEO Dentulu
Dr. Arash Hakhamian was a multi-practice owner, lecturer, consultant and advisor to numerous dental organizations. He was voted in 2018 as one of the top 40 dentists under 40 and again in 2019 as one of the top 100 dentists in the world. In 2021 Dr. Hakhamian was voted as one of the most influential leaders in Teledentistry worldwide and works with numerous US and International private and government organizations in advancing Teledentistry and Mobile Dentistry policies and legislation. Dr. Hakhamian has served as an official Dentist to the Special Olympics as well as serving as an international volunteer in over 15 countries with multiple different volunteer organizations. He was also the co-founder of the Global Dental Implant Academy, The International Extraction Academy, and Global Summits among others. His mother, father, brother, and sister are all licensed dental professionals in the United States.
