Take and upload one photo of both your upper and lower impressions as shown in the sample photo below. After uploading your photo, you will receive an email confirmation within 6 hours that your impressions have been approved to mail-in. If they are not approved, simply take a second set (both upper and lower) and submit all four impressions in the postage-paid mailer provided.
