Our Return Policy: We stand behind our product! So if upon receiving your dental impressions, our dental team determines ResetSmile is not appropriate for you due to your unique dental anatomy or condition, we will notify you and issue a full refund. If after you receive your ResetSmile device it does not fit, we will adjust it for free and/or make you a new one. If we ultimately cannot make a device that is satisfactory to you, you can return your device to us within 30 days of receiving it and we'll issue a full refund to your method of payment.
What does it cost?
Due to the nature of our advanced 3D printing technology, ResetSmile is custom-made and sold per device by “arch” of teeth (your top teeth make up your upper arch, your bottom teeth your lower arch) regardless of the number of teeth replaced. So for example a single-tooth upper device or a several-tooth lower device would be priced the same. Our customers typically replace about 4 teeth on both the top and bottom simultaneously and sometimes quite a few more.
National surveys suggest that the cost of a one-arch partial denture (sometimes called a “Valplast partial”) sold at a dentist's office ranges from $1259 and $1824 depending on where you live. If you need two devices for both your top and bottom teeth, that price can double to range from $2500 to $3000 or more. ResetSmile is made of Valplast—same as what you would get at the dentist's office—for a fraction of the cost.
